What Else You Need to Know

Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 8 pm. Give us a text anytime during these hours for prompt service.

In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT!

If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please text our office at (512) 601-5926.

We do not accept insurance. An annual $99 fee is paid after your first appointment with a physician, upon approval of your prescription. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please text our office at (512) 601-5926 if you have any questions.

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of TX Cann MD are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by texting our office at (512) 601-5926.

Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
